Prepare the Package

Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
